Frown line and forehead stretch exercises
People always tell me they don’t have time to do the full one hour of our Face Pilates routine.
So we designed the Express Anti Ageing routine!
Now you don’t have any excuses!
To see the best results you need to try and include two or three exercises every day when you are doing your daily face care ritual.
Focus on the part of your face where you would like to see the most improvements, then make the effort to do the entire routine (find this on your Face Pilates App) once a week to maintain your overall facial fitness.
I recommend you do your Face Pilates exercises after you tone but before you moisturise. I find you have better contact with the skin and control over the muscle movement.

Remember it takes perseverance, but it’s worth it!
Frown Lines: Take your two pointer fingers and put one facing up, one facing down at the beginning of your eyebrow. Breath in and as you breath out stretch the upper finger over the muscle of the eyebrow and with the other finger stretch the muscle to the bridge of your nose. It is just a small movement.
Repeat 3 times on each side.
2. Forehead Stretch: Take all 4 fingers and place both hands on the top
of your eyebrows. Lift your fingers diagonally outwards stretching
the muscle from your eyebrows to your hairline.
Repeat 4 times.
