Your body cannot heal itself properly if you have bad posture.

i.    Lengthen through your neck

ii.   Draw your chin parallel with the floor

iii.  Relax your shoulders and keep them parallel with your ears

iv.  Engage your abdominals – every time you breathe sink your stomach and lift your pelvic floor.

v.   Put your lower back into neutral spine – a natural curve
