The final exercise in our Daily Eye Lift Routine is the Upper Lid Lift (corner)
When we teach a Face Pilates class in the studio or when you use the Face Pilates App we recommend that you exercise one side of your face first so you can compare the other side half way through the session.
Seeing immediate results is always a good encouragement!
Upper Lid Lift (corner)
This exercise is the second part of the Upper Lid Lift exercises. For this lift though you are going to place your fingers on a 45 degree angle to the corner of your eyebrow. Hold your fingers firm and close your eye and look down. Breath in and breath out and hold up for 5 seconds.
Now pull across following the direction of the muscle to your hairline. Don’t open eye until stretch is finished.
Relax. Repeat 3 more times.
Muscle has memory, so to maintain the changes I recommend that you do the Eye Lifting Routine 5 times a week.
